Jeff Schoch - Lead Pastor

Jeff has served as the Lead Pastor at Crossroads Bible Church since 2018. He is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. Before entering ministry, Jeff served in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that shaped his discipline and devotion to serving others. He holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from Liberty University School of Divinity.

He and his wife, Alison, have been married for 23 years and are raising four boys in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Away from the pulpit, Jeff enjoys fishing, hunting, coaching wrestling, and creating watercolor art. He also shares writing, blogging, and podcasting at jtschoch.com.

DAN lloyd - care pastor

Dan and Della have been married for 50 years. They have 3 grown children: Brian, Jeff and Melanie. They also have 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Dan is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). Specialty areas have included caring for seniors and men’s ministry. Della enjoys arts and crafts and together they love to travel and enjoy time with family & friends.

Alison schoch - kids Ministry Director

Ali has ben married to Jeff for 23 years. They have 4 boys together ages 9-19. Ali graduated from Pepperdine with a degree in Physical Education. She received her credential from SFSU and in addition to serving as our Kids Ministry Director, also teaches full-time at The King’s Academy in Sunnyvale.

Heechan Kim - DIRECTOR OF worship arts

Heechan serves as the Director of Worship Arts, leading the church in worship and shepherding the young married group with his wife Jesse. He has a heart for helping others encounter God through music, community, and intentional discipleship. Outside of ministry, he enjoys capturing meaningful moments through photography and videography both within the church and beyond.

Ryan NegreTte - Director of Community life

Ryan brings a background in public relations, including work with professional sports teams, along with a strong gift for connecting with people and helping things run smoothly. He is married to his wife, Alyssa, and when he is not working, he is usually out running, apparently by choice.
