Pilates Mat is a series of exercises that work to tone, strengthen, and lengthen your muscles. All exercises originate from the "core", which is a group of muscles, including the upper and lower abdominals, obliques, and upper and lower back. Pilates is appropriate for all fitness levels. Bring your own mat. Follow the signs in the main courtyard. A free FFTK class.

What is "Walk 15"?

It is a low-impact, multi-muscle, walk-based workout that works for any fitness level. The music is paced so 15 minutes signifies the time (speed/pace) of most miles which averages a pace of 4mph. The workout is based on 4 core walk type movements: power walk, side steps, kicks and knee lifts to which arm movements are added for increased intensity. Free FFTK class.
