It is a low impact, multi muscle, walk based workout that works for any fitness level. The music is paced so 15 minutes signifies the time (speed/pace) of most miles which averages a pace of 4mph. The work out is based on 4 core walk type movements: power walk, side steps, kicks and knee lifts to which arm movements are added for increased intensity.
